Canada is about to get a lot warmer… and it has nothing to do with global warming…

Six months ago, the Toronto Kiss Map was born, an innovative interactive map inviting viewers to write up their favourite stories of Toronto kisses in 500 characters or less, and paste them onto a Google map of the city. The media response was explosive, and the public was listening. The map is currently cresting 100,000 views, over 600 kiss stories, and received a development grant from the Toronto Awesome Foundation.

This Valentines Day, I’m launching the exciting next step  — The Canada Kiss Map. The theory and look will be the same, but the canvas will be much larger. Canadians all over the country will be invited to locate and and log their greatest kiss stories, creating a touching and heart-warming new lens to see our country’s iconic map.

Launch Date: Feb 14, 2012
